Launchecom.com offers a full refund under the following conditions:

⦿ We fail to deliver the Shopify store within 48 hours after the order has been placed.
⦿ We fail to deliver the purchased service as promised, meaning the agreed-upon features of your Shopify store, digital marketing training, social media management, or e-commerce automation package are not provided due to an issue on our end.
To request a refund, customers must email [email protected] within the eligible refund period and provide a detailed explanation of the request. Our team will review the request and respond within five business days.
After the initial 24-hour refund window, all purchases become non-refundable, except in cases where Launchecom.com has not fulfilled its commitments. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
⦿ Customer dissatisfaction with store design (all stores are built using proven structures and best practices, and we do not offer custom design modifications).
⦿ Lack of results or financial success (we provide digital assets and training, but customer execution, effort, and business strategy determine success).
⦿ Customer inactivity or failure to implement provided resources and strategies.
⦿ Store restrictions or account bans imposed by Shopify or other third-party platforms for reasons beyond our control.
⦿ Purchase of a discounted bundle where the customer chooses not to use all included products or services.
⦿ Digital marketing training sessions that have already begun (once training has commenced, it is non-refundable).
⦿ E-commerce automation services already delivered (once the automation process has been set up, it is non-refundable).
⦿ Failure to accept a Shopify store transfer: If we have delivered the Shopify store within 48 hours via email and the customer has not accepted the transfer or has not responded to our communications, the order will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable. The responsibility to accept the store transfer in a timely manner lies with the customer.
Customers who meet the refund eligibility criteria must send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

⦿ Any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence
All refund requests will be carefully reviewed, and we will respond within five business days.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically take 10 to 45 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Launchecom.com actively monitors refund requests for fraudulent or unreasonable claims. Refunds will not be granted for:
